Help with no limit
You can ask us for fixes and changes as many times as you want, as long as you pay your monthly price. You can ask us to change words, prices, photos, replies, and hours. If something breaks, we fix it.
New things, like a new feature, a new app, or a whole new website, cost extra. We tell you the price before we start.

WhatsApp costs
Meta is the company that owns WhatsApp. Meta charges for some messages. It does not charge us.
- When a customer messages you first, your reply is free.
- When you message a customer first, Meta charges a small fee. This can be a booking reminder or a sale message.
At the end of each month, we send you a bill. It shows how many messages were sent and what Meta charged. We add nothing extra. Please pay within 7 days. If you have not paid after 14 days, we stop the messages you send first. Replies to your customers keep working.

Payment costs (Razorpay)
To take payments, you need your own Razorpay account, in your name. Razorpay charges a small fee on each payment. Razorpay takes this fee by itself before the money reaches your bank. We do not charge you anything extra for it, and it does not come on our bill. You can see Razorpay's prices here.
If you do not want a Razorpay account, we can share your UPI code instead. Then the bot cannot check payments for you.

Your web address
The web address (like yourshop.com) belongs to you. You can pick one way:
- A
- You buy the web address. You give us access. We connect it.
- B
- We buy it for you, in your name. We send you the price and the receipt. Please pay within 7 days. Each year it costs the same as the real price.
Either way, it is yours. If you ask, we give you full control.

The 90% off setup price is for the first 5 clients only. In return, we ask for one thing. After 30 days of using our service, please make a short video of yourself. Tell us what you think. We may share the video and your results, like how many messages we answered.
